***Post-examation practices and performances***

Please be informed that there will be several practices and performances immediately after the exam. The dates are:

If there is any clash with your school examination or another competition of the Music Festival, please download the Alteration Form. No change of the competition time of the Group Classes or Scholarship Classes can be made.

Competitors please note:

When attending the competitions, competitors must bring with them the following documents (Spot checks will be made):
1) the Entry Form Receipt (as an identification of their status as competitors)
2) the original or a photocopy of their Hong Kong ID card/birth certificate (as an identification of their name and age)
3) the student card/handbook (as an identification of their education level)

Competitors who fail to show up according to the published order will be considered as “not in assigned order”. They can only receive the comments from the adjudicator(s), and will be awarded no marks and no certificates.

Competitors must be ready and report to the competition assistants 15 minutes before the time specified in the Festival Timetable.

Venue owners are not the organizer. Should competitors have any enquiries about the competitions or the venues, they should contact the Association, not the venue.

Competitors should read the Rules and Regulations for other competition details.

When attending the competitions, each choir/group must provide a list of details of all the choir/group members including their names, date of birth and education level. Those choirs/groups who fail to comply will have their marks deducted. A form can be downloaded from here for this purpose.

Class: N245 group: (1-15)

School Orchestra - Secondary School - Intermediate
Competing schools should plan a performance of not more than 25 minutes (including set up, preparation and breaks in between). It would be acceptable if the performance turns out to overrun by not more than 5% of the time limit.

Substitute musical instrument(s) are acceptable.

Specific requirements of this class, given in the Music Festival Syllabus, must be followed.
